Tim Chapman- Tim is Married to Lucy with Chloe, Oliver and Toby. Tim spent 6 years soldiering in the Royal Green Jackets before training for Ministry. He enjoys outdoor sports and regular games of squash. Enjoys reading biographies of mountaineers, offshore sailors and good novels.

Nick Silk - Nick lives in Sawston with his wife Louise and their three children. Nick was brought up in a Christian family and, with his wife, hopes to foster a similar environment for his children to grow up in and by God’s grace understand that they need forgiveness only available through Jesus. Nick works for a building contractor constructing residential developments.
Andrew Buchanan - Andrew is married to Catriona and they have two boys, William and Maxwell. He works as a scientist for a local biotech company and became a christian as a teenager. One of his favourite pastimes is geocaching.
Brian Butler - Brian is married to Caroline and has two children: Laura and James. He works in software for a local technology consultancy and became a Christian while at University. He enjoys Private Eye, speaking French and skiing.

Andrew Gilmore - Andy is married to Kate and has four boys: Joseph, Jack, Harry and Tom. He is a primary school teacher and currently teaches Year 2. He enjoys writing songs for both children and adults.
Under 3's co-ordinator
Kerstin Neumann - is married to Jordan. Together they have 5 children, the two youngest living with them in Sawston, two studying in Germany and one is on a gap year in NZ.
Kerstin has worked with young families (children aged 0-5) in church and childrens charity organisations in Germany as well as for the Cambridgeshire County Council. She is also working as a kindergarten assistant at the Cambridge Steiner School. She also enjoys reading and doing crafts with natural materials which she also can pursue in a re-enactment group.
Children's Church co-ordinator
Carolyn Bridges - Carolyn is married to Geoff and they have lived and worshipped in Sawston for over 20 years. They have 3 adult children scattered round the globe which means that travel takes up a significant part of life. Interests include vintage cars, furniture restoration and sport (though more as a spectator).
Website and Sound
Duncan Baxter – Is married to the lovely Joanna and has 2 kids. He was brought up in a Christian family in Warwickshire. He worked for a big London Church as the Verger for many years but that mainly meant running the maintenance, Sound/Vision, website etc. and not running around in a cassock. He moved to Sawston to take up a position as Head gardener at one of the Cambridge Colleges.
