Easter

The Easter story is simply the best news in the world. Jesus really rose from the dead on that first Easter Sunday, so that those who believe in him might receive eternal life. As a result, we’d love to invite you to two events we are running to share this amazing message.

Firstly, on Saturday March 30th, we have a free Community Easter Egg Hunt with refreshments at Orchard Park, Sawston. There will be a traditional egg hunt for under 5s, while older ones will follow treasure hunt clues to win a chocolate prize. At the end, there will be a short talk explaining why Easter is such a cause for celebration.

Secondly, you’re warmly invited to our all-age service at 10am on Easter Sunday, March 31st at Chesterfords Community Centre.

You will find friendly people, Easter hymns and songs, a talk from the Bible about why Easter matters, and refreshments afterwards.

Our regular services take place at 10am on Sundays at Sawston Village College.
