In the current Covid-19 pandemic, we are unable to run our children’s and youth ministries in the usual way.
However, we are still keen to engage children and young people more than ever with the hope found in the gospel of Jesus Christ:
– we make our Zoom services as child and youth friendly as possible, and provide colouring sheets and worksheets for children to use during the sermon
– we seek to encourage parents in discipling their children at home by signposting resources and by the church leadership being available for phone/video calls
– we have a weekly Lego Challenge, and a church Minecraft server, for some fun activities within the church community
Our youth groups are currently meeting over Zoom to encourage each other, play games and to look at God’s word and chat about how it applies to our lives. If you would like more information please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Usually on Sundays...

FOR SCHOOL YEARS 6–8
for years 9 and above (after the sermon)
These children’s groups take place during the Sunday service in school term-time, in the classrooms just off the lower school hall where the main church meets. When it is an All Age Service (see calendar), there is only an optional Crèche and all children are welcome to remain in for the whole service, which is designed to be accessible to all ages. In school holidays, when there is not an All Age service, there is a simple Children’s Activity for combined Scrambler and Trekker groups during the sermon, whilst children in Year 6 and above remain in the service.
